This Vanilla Salted Date Caramel is creamy, sweet, a tad salty and perfect for topping all your favourite desserts with. 4 ingredients, less than 10 minutes and one dish are all you need to make this yourself!
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • 1½ tsp vanilla extract
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender (I used my Vitamix)
  2. Blend on high for 3-5 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Use to top your favourite desserts, oatmeals and ice creams. Can also be used in any recipes that call for caramel sauce.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
